Alcance

El propósito de esta parte es identificar una Red Nacional de carreteras disponibles para vehículos autorizados por las disposiciones de la Ley de Asistencia al Transporte de Superficie de 1982 (STAA) según enmendada, y prescribir políticas nacionales que rigen el tamaño y peso de camiones y autobuses.
